Vice President of Talent and Culture
The Vice President of Talent and Culture is responsible for developing and leading the strategic direction of talent management and talent acquisition in support of our mission.

The Strategist uses health-related knowledge and expertise to provide operational support for strategy development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Community Liaison – Southwest
The Community Liaison serves as the Foundation’s presence in Southwest Missouri, representing the Foundation to diverse audiences within communities and bringing knowledge of different cultures, history, values, and landscape to bear in Foundation decisions at all levels.

Event and Engagement Coordinator
The Event and Engagement Coordinator plans and executes events held at the Foundation’s Convening Center and gathering places for both internal and external stakeholders and works closely with the Foundation’s Wellness and Activities Committee and Human Resources department.

Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant will perform the day-to-day accounting functions related to weekly disbursements, producing monthly financial statements, month-end close, payroll, grantee budget review, contract management, general ledger review, cash analysis, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and controls.

Reception Area Administrator
This position serves as an ambassador for MFH and is the initial point of contact for visitors, welcoming them in person, via phone, or by email. Duties include administrative and event support, as needed.
