Opportunity Fund

We believe that the best strategies to address community health issues often come directly from our communities. Through our Opportunity Fund we’re offering the chance for visionary thinkers to tell us their best ideas with the hope of making them a reality. We aim to foster generative conversations — encouraging community members to share their hopes for a healthier region, while providing guidance and making connections that can help bring their ideas to life.

The Opportunity Fund has a rolling deadline, with applications read as they are received.

Please note: The online application will be unavailable from October 14 through November 5.  Idea submissions not submitted by October 13 will have to be restarted after November 5.
