Diverting to Care Grantee Learning Cohort Facilitator (Request for Contracted Service Proposals)

Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to facilitate a learning cohort of Diverting to Care grantees and their partners over the course of a 24-month exploratory period. During this time, grantees will collaborate with cross-sector partners to explore and implement efforts to shift a community’s understanding of and response to behavioral health crisis away from arrest and toward connection to services or treatment.

The learning cohort model aims to build relationships between and among grantees, equip the group of grantees with relevant information, offer a platform for reflection and continuous learning, and provide an opportunity for mutual support as they engage in intricate systems-change work at the local level, with a focus on advancing equity.
