Jeanne A. Jarrett

Jeanne Jarrett, a certified public accountant and certified government financial manager, graduated with a BS in accounting from Truman State University. She is currently employed by Ameren Corp as a business performance specialist. She is also the proprietor of Fiscal Review Services, a firm specializing in fiscal impact analysis on state and local government issues. Her prior background includes more than 20 years in state government, serving first as a tax manager and administrator for the Missouri Department of Revenue where she became involved in the development of state tax policy. She also served eight years as director of the Oversight Division, Committee on Legislative Research for the Missouri General Assembly. In this capacity, she was responsible for estimating the cost of legislative proposals and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of state programs in virtually all areas of state government, including health, mental health, and aging. Jarrett previously served on the Adair County SB40 Developmental Disabilities Board and the Boone County Mental Health Board of Trustees. She was appointed to the Community Advisory Committee in 2008, and joined the Board of Directors in 2013.
