Show Me Healthy Housing Year-One Report

This report summarizes the Urban Institute’s findings from the first year (October 2015–September 2016) of its evaluation of the Show Me Healthy Housing (SMHH) supportive housing projects funded by Missouri Foundation for Health. SMHH is Missouri Foundation for Health’s first entry into funding permanent supportive housing. Permanent supportive housing provides a permanent rental subsidy with case management and integrated, community-based direct services for people with disabilities. During this first year, we were able to observe projects at various stages of development, including two that had completed construction and begun serving tenants.
