Event Space

Convening spaces at the Foundation can accommodate events and meetings of various sizes. Our flexible room configurations, seating layouts, and audio-visual technology support the success of your gathering.

For our work, we see convening as a vehicle for “connecting the dots,” bringing people, organizations, ideas, information, and resources in alignment to facilitate change at the systems level. It’s an essential changemaking tool that gives us an integrated view of the community, the health system, and key dynamics around critical issues. In the broadest sense, it lays the groundwork for insights and innovation and helps us establish our position in the region.

The Convening Center is available for use Monday – Friday from
8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people. The space is a large conference room that can be divided with movable walls into two sections. Our atrium, outdoor space, and breakout rooms are also available if the weather allows. The center is available free of charge to select organizations that engage in efforts aligned with our mission to host convenings and events.

Need a smaller space? Our campus has smaller rooms available for board or committee meetings, with Zoom and hybrid meeting capabilities.

The Center is not available after hours or during weekends and cannot be used to host fundraising activities, parties, events with children, or ticketed events.
